FAQ
Find answers to question you need to know before your first C-Tour Bus ride.
What Is C-TourBus?
1
C-Tour Bus is a demand-responsive shuttle operating in the Gongju and Buyeo areas of Chungcheong Province.
Unlike a fixed-route bus, the vehicle's route is generated in real time based on who is booking and where they need to go. Multiple passengers share the same vehicle, and the route adjusts dynamically as new bookings come in or are cancelled.
Because of this, the pickup stop assigned to you may differ from trip to trip even when your origin and destination stay the same.
Making Your First Booking

From the home screen, tap C-TourBus DRT.
Enter your origin and destination. The map will highlight the available service zone—make sure your pin is inside the shaded area. If you place the pin outside the zone, the app will alert you that booking is unavailable.
Set the number of passengers by tapping the person icon. The default is one adult. Select the correct count for Adults / Youth / Children traveling with you (maximum 5 total).
Review the assigned vehicle and estimated route, then choose a payment method.
Follow the walking directions shown on the map to reach your pickup stop.
